2. Pre-Orders

  • Availability: Pre-order items are made to order or released at a future date. The expected release or shipping date will be clearly listed on the product page.

  • Processing & Shipping: Pre-orders will be shipped once the product is officially released. You will receive a tracking number once your pre-order has been shipped.

  • Delivery Time: Shipping time begins after the product release date and may take additional time depending on location.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout. Some promotions may include free shipping — check the product page for details.

  • Cancellation Policy: Pre-orders can be canceled up until the release date. After shipment, all sales are final.

3. General Shipping Notes

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: Semper Deo Volente is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. We will, however, assist in tracking your order.
